Welcome to

Gather & Ground!

Yoga + Coffee + Connection

Saturday, November 21st 10am

Silverado Ranch Park

9855 Gilespie St. Las Vegas, NV 89183

Cost: $25 per person

Yoga, coffee, and pastries included!

Come spend the morning with us! We’ll start with an easygoing, approachable yoga practice designed for real bodies and all experience levels – yes, even if you have never set foot on a yoga mat! Then stick around for hot coffee, yummy pastries, and good conversation. Have a friend tag along with you, or fly solo to leave plenty of space for making new friends! Either way, you’ll leave feeling rested, rejuvenated, and connected.

Bring a friend, meet a friend, and come exactly as you are

What to bring:

-Yoga mat

-Water

-Comfortable layers for the morning weather

-A blanket or towel if you’d like a little extra cushion

-You, exactly as you are <3

What should I wear?

Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in! Leggings, joggers, bike shorts, a t-shirt, tank top, sweatshirt, zip-up…there’s no yoga uniform here.

Since we will be outside, layers would be a great idea. You can always peel one off when we get moving, and put it back on afterwards while we mingle and cool back down.

No special shoes needed. We will practice barefoot or with no-slip socks…but barefoot is usually the safest option.

Here’s a map, so you know exactly where to go! We will gather on the grassy area where the big orange arrow is.

Looking forward to seeing you!

Hi! I’m Brandy.

One of my favorite things at this stage in my life is bringing friends together—introducing people who I just know will love each other, watching new connections form, and seeing someone realize they’ve found their people.

I honestly don’t know what I would do without my village, and I’m overjoyed to create an intentional space for you to build yours.

And when I get to bring that together with welcoming, supportive yoga that reminds us of our own worth? My heart absolutely sings.

That’s where the idea of Gather & Ground was born. Moving and breathing together, sharing a cup of coffee, meeting someone new, laughing a little too hard, and creating more connection in a world that could use a whole lot more of it.

Come for the yoga. Stay for the village. 🤍

With so much love,

Brandy
