About Yoga Dahlia
Our Philosophy Is To Embrace The Light.

At Yoga-Dahlia, we believe in the power of yoga and mindfulness to transform lives. Our philosophy teaches that by honoring our own light, we illuminate the world around us. Each practice is a personal journey inward, helping us connect with our true selves and nurture peace and compassion.
Growth
Compassion
Personal growth is central to our practice, encouraging you to evolve and flourish.
We cultivate compassion for ourselves and others, building a welcoming community.
Yoga Dahlia is more than a yoga class library – it’s a return to yourself and a place for real connection. Rooted in mindfulness and accessibility, Yoga Dahlia was created for the person who wants to give yoga a try in a welcoming space where they feel seen instead of feeling like one of thousands. At Yoga Dahlia, we honor the beauty of showing up exactly as you are. No pressure to perform, no need to fit a mold – just movement, breath, and connection. Whether you’re exploring your first pose, coming back to the mat after time away or wanting to advance in your yoga practice, this space was built with you in mind.
The name Yoga Dahlia was born during a peaceful walk through a plant nursery with my mom in Oregon. Of all the vibrant blooms, it was the dahlias that stopped me in my tracks – each one striking in its own way with radiant diversity of color and form. That moment became a symbol for this space: where every person is unique, diverse, and beautiful.
With a variety of supportive classes, a welcoming online community, and The Movement Sanctuary video library, Yoga Dahlia is your invitation to slow down, tune in, and grow from the inside out. Most of all, it’s a place to honor yourself and your body – with love, compassion, and gratitude.
Meet Brandy

Guiding You Through Your Yoga Journey.
Hi, I’m Brandy! I am the founder and ‘Yogi In Chief’ of Yoga Dahlia, mama to four boys, and a longtime student of the mat. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years, not as a performance, but as a practice of presence. I created Yoga Dahlia for people who have ever felt like they didn’t belong in a yoga space, because I have been there too. My teaching is gentle, supportive, and full of permission to meet yourself exactly where you are, without judgment.
In a season of deep personal grief, it was my yoga practice that gave me something steady to return to: the stillness, the breath, the focus inward offered me peace and filled my heart with gratitude. That’s when the motivation to share this practice with others ignited. I want to be a catalyst to help others find peace in their own yoga journey, just as I did in mine. Over the years, yoga has carried me through many seasons of life, including through challenges, joys and transitions. Through the Yoga Dahlia classes, community, and conversations, my intention is to help others build a relationship with yoga that supports them not just on the mat, but in their seasons of life, too.
Styles of Yoga:
Each class has a theme woven through it, ranging from lighthearted and uplifting to deeply reflective, offering space to explore not only movement, but meaning. As Yoga Dahlia grows, so will the variety of classes and specialty series offered-always rooted in mindful movement and heart.
