It Includes full access to The Movement Sanctuary video library and live, in-person or Zoom classes.This lower-cost tier is designed to make your introduction to yoga feel accessible and low pressure – no big commitment, just an open invitation to begin. Upgrade to Rise when you feel ready.

Deepen Your Practice – For those feeling ready to explore more; this more advanced tier builds on the foundation with longer practices, more advanced variations, deeper philosophical themes, and self-inquiry tools like guided journaling and breathwork. It gives you access to everything in the Root Tier, plus access to extended class series, workshops, and additional “off-the-mat” content to support your personal growth.
